
Mancini Beverage, in collaboration with The Capital Grille in Providence, hosted a wine-pairing event on Aug. 6. During the Generous Pour tasting event, wine club guests enjoyed tastes of 14 different wines paired with culinary creations. Mancini Beverage – Rhode Island Distributing division’s Kimberly Wells, Fine Wine Specialist, and Jessica Cioci, General Sales Manager – Fine Wine, were on-site to pour portfolio selections and provide education for guests.

- Domaine Serene Yamhill Cuvée Pinot Noir and Joseph Drouhin Volnay Pinot Noir.
- Lanson Brut Champagne and Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs Brut Vintage.
- Plymouth oysters with a mango pink peppercorn mignonette were paired with Lanson Brut Champagne and Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs Brut.
- A pour of Lanson Brut Champagne.
- Porcini-rubbed salmon served with white bean puree was paired with Domaine Serene Yamhill Cuvée Pinot Noir and Joseph Drouhin Volnay Pinot Noir.
- Royal Tokaji Aszù 5 Puttonyos and Sandeman 20 Year Old Tawny Port were paired with petit fours for dessert.
