South Kingstown-based Whalers Brewing Company partnered with Newport Folk and Newport Jazz festivals to promote its beers for the thousands of guests who visit each of these iconic music events over the summer. Hosted at scenic Fort Adams State Park, festival visitors enjoyed ice-cold craft brews including Whalers American Pale Ale, India Pale Ale and Hard Seltzer. The last weekend of July saw the beer brand in-hand celebrating at the Newport Folk Festival. The brand is distributed across the state via Southern Glazer’s Beverage Co. – Wayne division.
