Todd English’s Tuscany officially reopened this winter at Mohegan Sun, bringing guests a blend of familiar flavors and new culinary experiences in a refreshed, elegant setting. The iconic restaurant has undergone an extensive update, introduced modern touches while preserving the warm, inviting atmosphere that guests were familiar with. “We’re thrilled to welcome guests back to Todd English’s Tuscany after significant improvements to the overall dining atmosphere.” said Christopher Greaney, Vice President of Food & Beverage, Mohegan Sun. With the expanded menu of authentic Italian dishes, visitors will enjoy freshly made pasta prepared in-house, an all-new “Meat-a-Ball” section, and inspired entrées that join the Tuscany classics like New York Strip and Chicken Parmesan, and newer dishes such as Wagyu Bolognese; Lobster Fra Diavolo and the Chilean Sea Bass Marsala. The expanded cocktail menu introduces new creations designed to complement every meal, with new signature drinks such as the Affogato Martini, Gin Basil Smash, Tuscano Fling, and the month’s featured recipe, the Pistachio Martini.
Cocktail: Pistachio Martini
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Waypoint Vanilla Vodka
- 2 oz. Fabrizia Pistachio Liqueur
- 1 oz. Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur

The Pistachio Martini.
Method: Add all ingredients to shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain into glass.
The cocktail features a Connecticut-made spirit, Waypoint Spirits Vanilla Flavored Vodka, among its three ingredients: But it’s the pistachio flavor that brings a taste of Italy to the glass. “We wanted to elevate the traditional pistachio martini that most bars can produce utilizing Fabrizia which contains real pistachios and real cream,” said Christopher Greaney, Vice President of Food & Beverage, Mohegan Sun. “We are extremely proud to reopen Tuscany with better quality ingredients for our guests to have a better experience while dining.”
