Terlato Wine Group CEO Bill Terlato was awarded the highest honor from Italy, the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic, Cavaliere/Knight (Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana, OMRI), recognizing his contributions and investments in promoting Italian culture, wines and spirits, and heritage around the world. The award was presented on Oct. 5 in Chicago, hosted by the Italian Consulate General. “I am deeply honored to receive this distinction from the Italian Republic, joining my father, Antony Terlato, and grandfather Anthony Paterno, who were also OMRI recipients,” said Terlato.
