The California winery’s award-winning wines were paired with a creative menu from the team at nicks, including dishes using seasonal, fresh ingredients from Baffoni’s Poultry Farm, Rhode Island caught fish, Blackbird Farm, Schartner Farms, Aquidneck Honey, RI Mushroom Co., Saltbox Sea Farm, Pell Family Farm, DiFazio Farm & Vineyard and more. Corey Brown, Regional Sales Manager, Klinker Brick Winery, educated guests on the renowned wines from the winery’s portfolio, including Bricks & Roses Rosé, Albariño Ultra Brut, Albariño, Farráh Syrah, 1850° Red Wine and Old Ghost Old Vine Zinfandel. Founded by the Mehlhaff family, the Lodi, California-based Klinker Brick Winery produces Albariño, Syrah and its renowned Old Vine Zinfandel.
