Madison Beach Hotel Hosts Industry Legends

Madison Beach Hotel hosted an Epicurean dinner featuring bartending legend and author Dale DeGroff and celebrated chef Jacques Pépin on Oct. 3. Guests enjoyed a three-course meal with dessert prepared by Madison Beach Hotel’s culinary team, led by Executive Chef Christophe Santos and Pastry Chef Lily Nodiff. Each course was paired with a different cocktail created by DeGroff and mixed by Lead Bartender Mike Mills and accompanied with stories from DeGroff and Pépin. During the evening, cocktails featured Hendrick’s Gin and Oasium Gin; Bright Lights, Big Bourbon; Apfel Liqueur; and DeGroff New World Amaro and Bitter Aperitivo.
