The Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce hosted its annual charitable BrewFest at Muzzy Field in Bristol on Sept. 5. Sponsored by Southington’s Worldwide Wine & Spirits and Fox 61, among others, the event featured craft beer, seltzers, ready-to-drink cocktails and spirits poured by brand representatives and volunteers and eats from local food trucks. The event’s second day was a music festival, with performances by The Dave Matthews Tribute Band and Uncaged Zac Brown Tribute. Proceeds from both days benefited efforts of the Central CT Chambers of Commerce to assist big and small community businesses with information, services and networking.
