Windsor-based B-Sharp Brewing, a veteran- and minority-owned brewery, is now in distribution with Brescome Barton. B-Sharp Brewing, founded in 2020, is dedicated to producing high-quality, true-to-style local beers that “deliver something refreshingly different in today’s craft beer scene,” said Founder Joshua Torres. “With a nod to classic craftsmanship and an eye for sophistication, B-Sharp sets itself apart by creating bold, crisp flavors that stand out from the ordinary.” B-Sharp’s flagship lineup is designed for wide appeal that is local and meticulously crafted: Hartford Social (Hefeweizen) offers a soft balance of banana, clove and bread-like warmth; Pro-Hop-Ition (West Coast IPA) leans into classic bitterness with floral aromatics and a dry, clean finish; Bold & B-eautiful (American Stout) rounds out the core with roasted malt, coffee and cocoa; High Hat Haze (NEIPA) brings juicy tropical fruit and citrus layers with a velvety mouthfeel and restrained bitterness; and seasonal rotations such as Ruby Rebellion (Irish Red Ale) and its upcoming Bavarian Oktoberfest round out the portfolio. The beers are brewed in partnership with Thomas Hooker Brewery in Bloomfield, a relationship that allows B-Sharp to focus on brand growth, consumer engagement and market strategy while ensuring product consistency, the company said.
