Providence’s Hope Club, in collaboration with Wine Wizards, hosted a pairing dinner featuring wines from Goldschmidt Vineyards on Oct. 15. Joe Goldsmith, Broker, Goldschmidt Vineyards, was in attendance to present the wines with Christin Aarons, Sales Consultant, Wine Wizards. Nick Goldschmidt, Owner and Winemaker, Goldschmidt Vineyards, joined the dinner remotely to speak about the vineyard, its featured wines and the corresponding food pairings. During the evening, guests enjoyed Goldschmidt Vineyards Singing Tree Reserve Chardonnay, Chelsea Goldschmidt Guidestone Rise Merlot, Yoeman Cabernet Sauvignon, Hilary Goldschmidt Charming Creek Cabernet Sauvignon and Forefathers Cabernet Sauvignon. Owned and managed by Nick and Yolyn Goldschmidt, Goldschmidt Vineyards produces its renowned wines with grapes grown in the Alexander Valley and Oakville appellations. Known for its single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons, the winery has received many accolades, including 90-plus-point scores from multiple wine-rating publications and sources.
