The Madison Beach Hotel hosted another monthly Crow’s Nest Cocktail Club on June 4, featuring St. George Green Chile Vodka. Founded in 1982 and known as one of the first craft distilleries in the U.S., the California-based spirits brand offers a wide range of artisanal small-batch spirits and liqueurs. Madison Beach Hotel Lead Bartender Mike Mills guided guests through a cocktail-making seminar and tasting. For Father’s Day weekend, the beverage team showcased an Angel’s Envy bottle engraving session for personalizing the bourbon brand as a gift. Angel’s Envy creates artisan, award-winning premium whiskey, finishing its Kentucky Straight bourbon in port wine casks and blending it in small batches of eight to 12 barrels at a time.
