Rhode Island PBS will host its annual food and wine event, “An Evening Uncorked!” on Rhode Island PBS invites guests to a vibrant Pop Art experience at The WaterFire Arts Center in Providence during its annual culinary and vinous extravaganza. Celebrating close to 56 years of public television excellence, WSBE Rhode Island PBS will host guests at The Water Fire Arts Center for our food and wine fundraising event, Uncorked! The festive spring event will take place on April 12, 2024 and will feature wine tastings of fine domestic and international vintages selected for this event from the cellars of local purveyors and private donors. Savory small bites are prepared by chefs from more than a dozen of the best restaurants, caterers and confectioners in Rhode Island and southeastern New England. Throughout the evening, guests may also participate in an instant-win wine grab and browse the micro-silent and live auctions offering boutique wines and unique gift packages.Celebrity chefs Bridget Lancaster (“America’s Test Kitchen”) and Bryan Roof (“Cook’s Country”) will be present.
