Members of the Connecticut Distributors, Inc. (CDI), sales force recently traveled with team from Trinchero Family Estates to Queens, New York, for an event with acclaimed California winemaker Joel Gott. Hosted by Gott and celebrated chef Matt Abdoo, the New York installment of the five-city “Grilling With Gott” tour took place at Pig Beach BBQ and paired wines with barbecue and an upbeat hospitality vibe. Attendees were treated to a live cooking demo from Chef Abdoo, known for his appearances on the Food Network and his role as Executive Chef and Co-owner of Pig Beach BBQ. From slow-smoked favorites to flavorful sides, every bite was complemented by a curated selection of Joel Gott Wines. The lively event also featured music from The Counterfeiters, lawn games and opportunities to connect directly with Joel Gott and fellow winemaker Charles Bieler.
