Connecticut Distributors, Inc., hosted an outdoor pairing dinner featuring Angel’s Envy Bourbon at The Charles in Wethersfield on Sept. 23. Guests enjoyed a five-course buffet dinner on the lawn of The Charles prepared by Executive Chef Chanthoeun Thanh and his culinary team, each paired with a different expression. During the evening, guests tasted Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Port Wine Barrels, Triple Oak, Rye Whiskey, Cask Strength Rye Whiskey, Straight Rye Whiskey Finished in French Oak Añejo Tequila Barrels and Bottled in Bond Cask Strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Guests also received a complimentary cigar from Gentlemen’s Aroma to pair with their bourbon.
