A new study by The Ice Maker Hub reveals America’s favorite cocktails based on search data, state by state. Connecticut’s favorite cocktails are an Espresso Martini, an Old Fashioned and a Margarita, in that order. Rhode Island’s favorite cocktail is also an Espresso Martini, followed by a Margarita and an Old Fashioned. The research used Google’s Keyword Planner to analyze the number of monthly searches on a state and national level between August 2024 and July 2025. The Old Fashioned ranks as the No. 1 cocktail in 34 states, with 414,773 searches on average each month.
