
The Madison Beach Hotel hosted another monthly Crow’s Nest Cocktail Club on Sept. 3, featuring Maestro Dobel Tequila. Known for its unique Cristalino tequilas, Maestro Dobel crafts its premium tequilas from a family-owned single estate in Jalisco, Mexico. Madison Beach Hotel Lead Bartender Mike Mills led guests through a cocktail-crafting seminar and tasting. In honor of the US Open, Mills created an Ace Paloma, a blend of Maestro Dobel Diamante Tequila and Q Sparkling Grapefruit Soda with a black sea salt rim and a dehydrated grapefruit slice as a garnish. Maestro Dobel Diamonte Tequila is a blend of reposado, añejo and extra añejo tequilas.
