MS Walker of Rhode Island announced two new executive promotions. First, Michelle Orlando has been promoted to Executive Director of Operations. Orlando has been with MS Walker for more than 20 years and has served as Director of Operations since 2017. She will continue to manage all aspects of operational functionality for the Rhode Island organization, which includes the office and warehouse staff and now the entire sales department on a day-to-day basis. “Our ownership and executive leadership team trust Michelle implicitly, and she has a deep understanding of the standards and expectations we have for the team,” said Peter Daunis, Vice President/Corporate Fine Wine Director, MS Walker. Secondly, Melina Catelli, formerly serving as Fine Wine Manager since 2018, has been promoted to Director of Sales, Rhode Island. Catelli joined the MS Walker team in May 2016. “She has a proven track record of executing at a high level and delivering terrific results for suppliers, our customers and our organization. I am very excited to see the growth, development and evolution of the sales team under her leadership,” said Daunis. In her new role, she will manage the entire state sales team, which includes three sales managers and a team of 15 salespeople.
