The Ireland match at Newport Polo set attendance and beverage sales records, reported Jonathan Pogash, Owner of The Cocktail Guru, crafters of the summer’s menu and bar delights for Newport Polo. Cocktails were being shaken and stirred using Jameson Irish Whiskey and Loyal 9 Lemonade. During the Aug. 1. annual Newport Polo Charity Gala at Rosecliff, The Cocktail Guru team mixed up Singapore Slings with Roku Japanese Craft Gin for guests and the visiting team from Singapore during its opening cocktail party. The event raised more than $80,000 for local charities. The team served from the Dillon’s Patio Bar, The Clubhouse Bar, The Pony Express Bar and The Cocktail Guru Cocktail Golf Cart.
