
Mancini Beverage, in collaboration with Clementine Cocktail Bar, showcased Caledonia Spirits’ Barr Hill Gin with a cocktail pop-up event on July 14. Ryan Christiansen, President and Head Distiller, Caledonia Spirits, and Brenden Lee, Regional Sales Director – Northeast & Control States, Barr Hill, were in attendance to give guests a background on the Vermont distillery’s products. The Clementine bar team mixed up cocktails featuring Barr Hill Gin, Tom Cat Barrel Aged Gin, Tom Cat Limited Cask Gin Finished in Stout Casks and Tom Cat Limited Cask Gin Finished in Rum Casks. Crafted by Caledonia Spirits in Montpelier, Vermont, Barr Hill Gin is distilled with hand-crushed organic juniper and Northeast raw honey using sustainable practices and packaging. The company is known for its commitment to environmental preservation and its efforts to protect honeybees. Since its annual Bee’s Knees week was founded in 2017, Caledonia Spirits has pledged and planted more than one million square feet of habitat for pollinators.
