WHAT: Carbone’s Hospitality will host its third annual Oktoberfest at Carbone’s Prime in Rocky Hill on Sept. 28. Guests will enjoy an evening featuring delicious food prepared at live chef stations by the team at Carbone’s Prime, paired with a variety of fine beer, wine and spirits poured by distributor representatives during the charitable event. All proceeds will benefit Laura’s Garden, a nonprofit working to provide educational opportunities through nature-based learning.
