Cluck House’s Pink Drink.
Method: Begin by gently pressing three mint leaves to enhance the aromatic qualities of the mint. Add to a stemmed wine glass and add the strawberry syrup into the glass. Fill the glass with ice and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a house-made dehydrated strawberry slice and a mint sprig.
“We recently took a trip to Italy and fell in love with a refreshing mint spritz, known as the Hugo Spritz. As we currently serve beer and wine, this was our perfect opportunity to highlight a trending cocktail,” said Bartender Jimmy Oca. “We added our own colorful twist with a fruity strawberry syrup, and it took off. Customers loved it and it quickly has become our most popular cocktail.”
