Mohegan Sun hosted its first Sip & Savor New England event, a walk-around tasting showcasing the best local cuisine, on its Sun Patio on June 7. Guests enjoyed seafood dishes and other bites from local eateries and food trucks, including Matunuck Oyster Bar, the Bear’s Smokehouse BBQ truck and the Get Stuffed Food Truck, and were able to sample tastes from the clam chowder competition and vote for their favorites while Roomful of Blues and Will Evans provided the music backdrop. Through the Sip & Savor VIP experience, attendees received unlimited samples from local breweries and wineries and sponsors Casamigos, Cointreau, Corona, High Noon, Jim Beam, Litchfield Distillery, Two Roads Brewing Company and more.
